Rising damp treatment
A chemical damp-proof course injection with salt-retardant re-plastering typically runs from around £400–£650 for a single wall, more for a whole terraced through-room or a larger semi. The cost is driven by the length of wall, how much plaster needs removing and replacing, and access.
Condensation and mould
This is usually the cheapest damp problem to fix because it's about ventilation, not construction. An extractor fan or anti-condensation treatment is modest; a whole-house Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) unit fitted in the loft is a bit more but tackles condensation throughout the property in one go.
Penetrating damp
Penetrating damp is priced by the repair needed once we've traced the source — repointing, render repair, sorting defective seals or guttering. It varies a lot by access and the extent of the affected area, which is why we always take a look before quoting.
